And now they said Your Account Access is Fully Restored
If you wonder What account access that i mean, why dont you read this first, yea, Its Paypal time.
But, lets make it short, on 5/10/08 , i got a email from paypal, saying they give limited access to my account, like ussualy, they need some info, in my case they asking me to give current utility bill. thats fine, i give them 4. but then they tell its not enough, so i upload everything, all utility and some id, Until My parent ID ( all 7 files), but after 2 day (if am not going wrong), its still not resolved, so I contacted PayPal about this issue. and what i got only auto reply email (and we cant reply back)
After some day, i got another a horror mail again now they tell me:
Limited Account Access Appeal Denied
thats mean my account will be held for 180 days, i cant sent money, i cant withdraw, i cant close my own money/account.
I am panic, going to crazy, that’s my money over there, i make it with my own hand, i didnt do something ilegall AND didnt abuse they system. WTF.
after that, i am talking with some people, but they only say nothing can i do. Just wait for 6 month.
fyuh..should i give up? how if i die before i pass the time ? 
Nop, i dont know what is give up mean. Guess what, 3 day ago, i upload them the newest utility bill. PLUS the new picture id. honestly, I do not expect much.
But today, i think its my lucky day! try to figure, when I login to my paypal account i see something different on the front page:

HAHAHA.. Finally!! They restore my account access, I am Free!! what i do next is add my bank account. and withdraw it as soon as possible. Because no one can guarantee this will not happen again in the future, at least we do not lose it all on the stucked fund. Just keep a (very) minimum balance in your account. 
I will not remove and edit my previous story about this. I wish that will be an “experience” for every one. The Moral of the story is: DO NOT GIVE UP Dude! (of course, if you think you are right). Keep ‘em Coming
