Another PayPal nightmare- Limited Account Access Appeal Denied
Finally, after 3 day waiting after PayPal decided to make my account limited due to “unusual activity on a credit card linked” on my account,
and 1 min ago i got an email:
Limited Account Access Appeal Denied
Dear xxx
We understand risk is inherent in doing business. However, as of right now,
we're not comfortable with the amount of risk your business is exposed to.
With that in mind, we have decided to end our business relationship while minimizing disruption to your business.

in your PayPal account to refund them.
To refund your buyers:
1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Click “Contact Us” at the bottom of any page
3. Click “Contact Customer Service”
4. Under “Choose a Topic,” select “Sending/Receiving Money”
5. Under “Choose a Subtopic,” select “Refund/Cancel a Payment”
6. Click “Continue” and follow the instructions to refund payments
Option 2. Money in your PayPal account will be held for 180 days. After 180
days, we’ll email you with information on how to receive your funds.
So what the f8%k does it mean? Its a frozen time? what a jerk. all my money There asshole! its mine.

look the picture, 1st they told me my acc is limited;
Submit a copy of a current utility bill. The bill must show your name and address exactly as they appear in your PayPal account…or any other official document that helps us verify your residency at the address listed on your PayPal account.
Look, i BOLD the important words, they said we’re not comfortable with the amount of risk your business is exposed to. is this some kind of joke? they think what they have done is very comfortable for me? I have never abused the paypal system.. in all my Life! its true dude.
Before this nice mail, i have upload the utility bill, but then they said its not enough, i sent them another bill +some id+ my parent id and all document i have! AND You tell me that STILL not enough?? Very nice doggy!

i have email them and i only got a thank you (i think its a robotic/monkey responses) for my question and a really nice word” Please do not reply to this email. This mailbox is not monitored and you will not receive a response”
Honestly, i think they reason is really makes no sense. 1 utility for what? POA? its done right? last month they give me limited account too, and i upload the doc. then its fine. now they ask again the same thing again?
Damn, they hold all my money for six months? can i say Welcome to PayPal HELL??!! iam really not understand, is it legal for Paypal to hold your own funds(legal) for 180 days?
Just have i little hope right now, if you have some advice for my problem with paypal. please let me know 
any ideas would be great.
Needless to say, I would strongly advise taking the money out from your paypal acc, before they do the same thing to you. i was only one of thousands PayPal customers who have suffered in this way, OR at least left it on very small amount! now i will keep my mind “breath”, i need to think how i can send and receive money from my job (reviews and Sedo or pay for some service i used). they will send the payment in a couple days. its time too look around, i think.

I got the same message, i told them send them to my other paypal account they don’t even care to read the messages all they do is to send the same message over and over to all people. Really low i do not encouarge anyone to make bussniess online as they will only steal your money, i got 500$ in my account and i want to refund them, yet what garuntees me that i will get my money?
i eman after the 180 days, what kind of information i should give, anyone here got an idea?
What they expect us to do now, get all the goods back and give them the money?

i see, first i know what ur’ feelings right now. (thats why i didnt cencored your last words),
But, let me ask something.
1. If im not going wrong before they frozen your account, they will limited it first. and ask for something(usually documents like my cases). is this happen to you? if yes, what the reasons?
2.How you sent your email? DO NOT REPLY with same email that you receive!
log in to PAYPAL and click on the Contact Us link. you will see. and type in your problem or if you really dont care with your phone bill (i am sorry i dont know is this toll free or not) you can contact some one there.
3. And after 180 days question, the last info i got IF no one claimed the money in your account, they will send you an instruction( My friends say, you can withdraw it to your bank accounts)

I know how you feel. My account was recently perm. limited. I had done over 10,000 transactions and had almost $12,000 when it was tied up. Now these Paypal suckers almost ruined my business. HOWEVER I found the best alternative. http://www.Paymate.com their support is 10/10 fees are also low! Hope this helps ya out
